Please don’t be a dick. It makes you sound like a dick.
Please don’t be a dick. It makes you sound like a dick.
“I don’t wear this dagnab hat and commit to this rural character, so you can eat for free and come of age.”
“Get the fuck off the car, you Rickless fucking animal!”
Some more great quotes:
“The election got these yellow shirts more riled up than a picture day Jessica.”
This was probably my favorite episode of the entire series. Holy shit.
“One things for sure, you all don’t have to worry about Cowboy Morty talking. This little cowpoke’s going to mosey up on out of here.”
Geez. Smell your own farts, much? It’s a cartoon with characters that have ants in theirs eyes and some that are named Mr. Poopy Butthole.
This guy gets it^
“This seems like a good time for a drink, and a cold, calculated speech with sinister overtones.”
Call me Noob Noob, because this episode had me like, “God... DAMN!!!’
But it’s OK, because Lahren’s ancestor was white. If illegal immigrants came from, let’s say, Sweden, no Conservative would make it an issue.
I remember the first time I saw Seth MacFarlane- it was back when Adult Swim first started showing Family Guy after it got cancelled and he did a promo for it and I was all like, “Wait, is this real? Like, is that really a human face? But.... how?” I’ve gottne used to it over the years, but it was quite jarring back…
Except show from Seth MacFarlane can be far better than expectations and still be pretty bad.
I can think of few people who more embody the utter cynical hollow-ness of shock humour than MacFarlane, so it’s a bit rich for him to claim ““I kind of miss the forward thinking, aspirational, optimistic place in science fiction that Star Trek used to occupy” when he’s done so much to fucking murder that mindset.
Chris…
Yeah, any pop culture references and I’m out.
**Cuts away from Erik’s article to an unrelated, yet surprisingly lazy, point about another pop culture thing**
I’ve decided I’ll give it a try, but at the first glimpse of Seth’s beloved stereotype jokes I’m out. If I see Greedy Jew and Lisping Asian again, it’s Netflix time.
> He’s distracting to look at, some uncanny valley shit
American Dad got much better when Seth MacFarlane was too busy to actually run the show, making him only an actor. I hope the Orville is the same.
