The thing is, a company only gets sold to a PE firm if it’s already fucked up. So you’re kinda looking a sample set that’s already headed for failure.

I’m looking forward to seeing the Henson documentary, but for Henson fans, the multi-part deep dive into Henson’s entire career that Defunctland did a few years ago is absolutely extraordinary and a must-watch.

(theatre school nerd here) Into The Woods is actually a longer stage show than Wicked. Yet that was one film.

I spend a lot of time evaluating new documentaries for festival consideration, and the trickiest call to make is always whether an interesting or important subject is enough to recommend a film when the actual filmmaking is subpar or biased.

Thats the thing about the Coachella demographic, You’ve got to remember that these are just simple influencers. These are people of Social Media . The common clay of the new Internet ... You know... morons.
