It isn’t going to happen until people get over the idea of “fairness” in these cases. The fact of the matter is that the backup is not due to people trying to merge, it’s congestion due to a bottleneck in traffic. By merging at the last possible moment, drivers reduce the length of the bottleneck caused by the lane

    I love it, Jason!

Sir, I have considered your opinion and determined that it is incorrect. ;)

The 288 is about as good as it gets when it comes to 80's Ferrari’s built on 70's tube frames. It’s probably my favorite of the era.

It depends - any plans to do more of the “Jason Drives” series? Those videos were fantastic!

If it keeps Louts alive and making incredibly cool sports cars for a niche market limited to a few geeks like me...I’m not entirely against an eventual Lotus SUV (given that the Cayenne was instrumental in saving Porsche).

Stef - just throwing out there that this weighs in at exactly one pound more than the 911 GT3's claimed weight of 3,152.6 Lb.

Porsche does not simply make new parts for whatever car whenever a customer asks for it. I am fully aware of the Porsche Classic shop, but there are so many NLA Porsche parts. I’ve been to Porsche dealers trying to source all kinds of parts that just don’t exist anymore (also, remember that Porsche doesn’t make all of

Best of luck, Doug! Jalop won’t be the same without you. Best of luck at your next gig.

In TX you can also get a Minor Restricted Driver’s License at 15 if you show a hardship that requires you to drive.

The 246/248 Dino seemed more like a competitor to the 911 than anything else.

    FTFY ;)

More or less this...except I don’t see either as evidence of corruption. In both the case of the dems and GOP, these were two outsiders who posed a threat to the party. Party rules allow the deck to be stacked a certain amount toward mainstream candidates (for example, superdelegates). The parties can even change

    XD

also to make the enterprise a more attractive take-over target. But I don’t understand why they’d believe this wouldn’t be found out in the “due diligence” phase of any merger/buyout.

Something’s not right about the 911 in that photo. The bumper on that car is Euro Carrera, but the retractable wing is very close to the 964's. Even if I were willing to call the 964 classic, this is a mix-up of few cars. Not period correct. (And yeah, I’m being pedantic.)

I’m totally with you. It’s why I bought my R, and I don’t regret it over the ST. I’ve got another car that’s just for fun :)

But it isn’t a race car. It’s a show car. The wing is part of an expensive all show and no go package.

Perhaps you find it ridiculous because you’ve never stepped outside of your own privileged perspective. I’m sorry that you find the facts of the matter so threatening.

Why would the grade need to be changed for several miles? I am not an engineer, but a train can travel up and down a few percent grade, which means about 100 meters of track raising on either side. Again, I’m no engineer.
