So Many Crashes.
So Many Crashes.
A neighbor has a Beretta. I am continuously amazed each time I see them driving it around. It’s not like it’s a special one either. Just white on red, basic Beretta. Probably worth $750.
1987 Jetta GL. So many problems. Replaced with 1990 Integra LS, which I still miss.
except no heeltoe...
Long enough to be useful in point and squirt traffic, that’s for sure. But no, they are not race track ready when stock.
I was willing to go NP until I read the part about the seat motor not working. That’s way more of a deal breaker than you’d think. CP.
Volt. Because “L” mode on shifter. One foot driving.
Cleetus is hilarious. Doin’ It For Dale! Let them bald eagle’s fly y’all!
Go look at the Google map. It’s a pretty simple intersection. If anything they could simply cut down the trees that are blocking the view of oncoming traffic. A light seems unnecessary though.
Hopefully he’ll commit an impeachable offense or crime before his 100 days are up.
Unless they improved the ride quality, this will never beat the Bentayga. Anyone who has ridden in a G-wagen will tell you it’s not worth the price of admission. At all.
We need to add a poll to the end of these so the buyer knows what we think is right.
You overlooked the WORST part of the ad: The drone-y, wheezy exhaust that takes forever to rev. It’s like when you had to start with the completely lame cars at the beginning of Gran Turismo and couldn’t WAIT to upgrade.
The fact that you CANNOT get a manual transmission will kill this car’s chances of true BMW-fighter street cred. I admit it’s a low take rate, but the fact I can row my own in a Bimmer is a box I love to check.
A fair review overall, but also rather pessimistic. Maybe I have it easy living in Chicago, as there are many locations with plugs, so I’ve never been upset about my Volt’s range. That said, you’re right to point out that electric car ownership gets a LOT easier when you have a house/plug situation. Mine sits out…
What most people forget is that you don’t typically run it all the way down. If you use 60 miles of range during the day running errands, that’s going to be around 15-20 kW. That would take 15-20 hours to recharge (so, basically overnight). This is a very livable scenario. And, if you *do* run it way down, go find…
I agree with what you wrote. But do you think this will be the same result given the super-connected internet economy we live in today? I mean, if the cars are shit, we’ll be talking about it and reporting on it FAR more than anyone did in the 1970s/80s...
So someone found a way to make an MG less reliable and more finicky? I don’t get it. Maybe the better solution would’ve been a Miata motor?
To my eyes, there is a resemblance of W126 Benz in the headlight cluster/grille situation. The rear feels like Audi 90/100 or BMW E28 of that era. The doors have a familiar Hofmeister kink like the 5 and 7-series of that age.
Since the very beginning, most people don’t buy Lexuses for the looks. In fact, the original LS was just a bunch of German sedans slapped together (just like Hyundai is doing now). People buy Lexus for Reliability, Comfort, and Value. This spindle grille is just something their marketing department thought would be…
