3-5 days of travel a month is ideal. You get to see new places, experience local flavor, and it’s not hugely disruptive to your personal life if you’re trying to have one. The downside is that if you’re trying to stay in shape, it’s damn near impossible to eat healthy, but if it’s only 3 days a month, it’s fine.
