I travel a lot, and usually for 5-7 days at a time. The reason i wear a blazer with jeans and an unironed shirt is to save space in my suitcase, because I ain’t checking bags if I don’t have to (again, to Drew’s point — it’s because airlines hate us), and I need as much room in the luggage as i can get.

What about the dynamic I like to call the Snyder paradox? Wherein an owner/team tries (or thinks they’re trying) to win, but hilariously and ineptly does everything wrong?

This. So many of the shows that followed the Sopranos/Wire/Mad Men/Breaking Bad run were totally oblivious to how funny they were. All those shows dealt with some of the most deadly serious issues, but for my money, they were often the funniest shows on television.

I mean....I get this is a potentially great move for the next few years, but why the pull trigger now? Barca is having almost as magical a season as Man City, and Liverpool needs all the talent it can get to make it into the top 4 in the EPL.

This is sad. There are so few really good running shoes on the market (Asics, Brooks, and.....yup, that’s it).
