Don’t get me wrong, an older American actress isn’t going to be invited for tea to Kensington Palace, no matter what her publicist/PR company is salting the tabs with.
I think the bigger issue is that she’s older and an actress.
I was just saying a mixed race marrying Harry would be a major PR coup for the British royals. The Commonwealth countries would love it and they’d make a lot of Brits feel like the younger generation “gets it”.
