I worked with a guy about 25 years ago who had one.  I thought I was seeing things!

It would be very silly to have a sensitive conversation in a house or office which is likely to be bugged if the person of interest is possibly being monitored.  It also would not be a good idea to be seen coming or going from such a place, because it is likely being watched.  They can’t watch every bar or restaurant

I flew basic economy for the first time last week, and the only difference I noticed was the lack of advance seating on some of the legs. Coming back, however, my mystery seat placement was in the exit row, with an empty seat next to me!!
