WHO RUNS BARTER TOWN??!?!?

EVs is just a method of exporting pollution to poor people

Wouldn’t a few banks of Tesla Powerwalls be a better demonstration of capability than the use of an old school backup diesel gen?

You know that’s not how the world works, right?

The cost to tear down and then rebuild the bridge is not negligible. I am sure the ship yard asked Bezos to pay for it. So it’s not possible that Bezos is not in the loop.

This is exactly it. There are plenty of things about Bezos that warrant condemnation without having to make things up or exaggerate facts.  The bridge situation was entirely blown out of proportion because it seemed like an easy thing to be outraged about.

Because having cash is a awful investment, the ultra rich have enough cash to cover their life-style costs and a chunk for unexpected expenses the rest in a hugely diversified portfolio. I’d be surprised if Bezos even has even 1% of his wealth as cash.

No Billionaire has that much “cash”, it would be plain dumb. All their net worth is tied up in securities and investments, but those still contribute to net worth, same as anyone else.

It’s funny you think there were environmental benefits associated with his $500 million personal yacht.

No helipad on his yacht? Lame!

Not a slight against Jalops who like Teslas (you’re here because you’ve got an interest in cars, so this wouldn’t apply to you), but this seems to me like a great illustration of some Tesla “stans” - they’re appliance users and hype/gadget enthusiasts first-and-foremost: the fact that he couldn’t even notice that the

Self-driving may be a pipe dream, but self-stealing?  CHECK!

Those darn inconvenient offspring...

The torque steer probably much better with the steering rack/subframe brace, even with the added power. I’ve driven Viggens with and without and it’s night and day. The Opel body was certainly not designed for this sort of power.

The wheels look like 18s. Correct should be 225/40/17 or 225/45/17. The original wheels were very soft so I’m not surprised they are gone.

I owned a 2000 Saab 9-3... which is of this generation.

“Bro this is a stage 69 tune, and the wastegate is welded totally shut so it doesn’t loose boost

This is the correct answer. Viggens are awesome, but not modded ones... you can tell the wheels are the wrong size, and the “tune” could end up causing all kinds of issues. Hold out for a stock one for this kind of money.

I love the 9-3. But I don’t “would buy someone else’s tuned 20 year old 9-3 with ill fitting tires” love it. ND.

$16,800? I was thinkin’ more like around ~$8,500..
