What a cunt. Stop trying to cash in on your idiot father’s death. He died because the car was being driven outside of the driver’s abilities, there are tonnes of Porsche Carrera GTs on the road that haven’t murdered their drivers.

These sort of lawsuits are why America doesn’t get nice things.

16 year olds are widely known for having opinions that are well thought out and rational.

Most of these cases are done pro-Bono if settlement isn’t reached or the case is lost. If they win or an offer is made though, the attorney makes 33,1/3 off it, which can be substantial pre trial for something like this even in nusance form. With the American legal system as it is and prevalence of litigating just

No child should lose her father like that - and I feel terribly for her. That said, I imagine the emotions running through her are not easy and she’s looking for someone to blame. Hopefully this lawsuit is dismissed immediately and she can just accept the fact that this was a death brought upon by someone who simply

I need a lawsuit, a big one, make it two...and Jeff, I need them by tonight.

Blaming a manufacturer for asshat driving on old tires is like blaming the camera for his performance on ‘Into the Blue,’ but you don’t see me suing her for that, do you?

Know who she should sue? The estate of Roger Bodas, the driver of the car and the person who also failed to replace the “aged” and “in poor condition” tires.

Whatever the intended result of this lawsuit is supposed to be, even a positive result in that respect will not bring back those lost in the crash. Emotional people are not logical...

What a family full of morons.

I suspect this is an example of a opportunistic lawyer pushing a 16 year old into something she never would have endeavored on her own.

When will personal responsibility come into this picture? Driving this way on the street is somehow everybody else’s fault. Many innocent lives are lost because these idiots are totally irresponsible. She should be very happy her dad died without taking other lives so his estate is not sued by others.

I like Paul Walker and was saddened to see him go. However it isn't Porsches fault that the driver didn't change the tires and had a lead foot.

Hope whatever judge says “I’m sorry for your loss, truly I am. Your late father seemed like a humble, nice enough fellow, meh acting, but decent person. Now GTFO of my courtroom with this ridiculous lawsuit.”

It’s sad to see grief have to turn to blame.

If you want to drive that fast, do it on a track.

It’s sad that he died. It’s really sad that people think more nannies will make things safer.

Because nobody takes responsibly for their own actions anymore.... so lets sue

Here’s a novel idea, don’t drive like an idiot on public roads!
