In my experience, Amex is generally pretty good about replacing stuff as long as you have your receipt in order. They've covered accidental damage for me as a courtesy at least twice.

@smschanda001: Same here, I use Back to my Mac to connect remotely. I tried putting it in sleep mode with the "Wake for administrator access" box checked but it just doesn't show up in my list of available shares when I do that.
