No such thing as "reverse" racism. Racism is racism, and it pretty ignorant to call it by any other name.
Be prepared to deal with some initial skepticism from Collins Bros. on your first phone call or two. The recent attention thanks to Fast N Loud draw has brought a lot of tire-kickers, prank callers, and time wasters... or so I'm told. Also worth noting, I knew about this shop/it was well known nationwide in the Jeep…
I believe the word they were looking for was "anywhoozle" common mistake, good catch Doug!
I don't have a lick of experience with XJs but two resources I can suggest (either to track down parts or for restoration services).
Oddly enough I'm about to walk out my door to go look at a 1991 Grand Wagoneer (the rare "final edition", only ~1600 made that year) as a possible restoration candidate. I had one a few years ago but it turned out once we got into it the rust was so bad that it went from a resto candidate to a part-out.
I have a similar story. I was in my 2013 Charger R/T Max AWD last year I picked up a friend from the bar, who just so happened to also be a state trooper. We're in a typical small town, and we notice the beater Nissan Maxima in front of us is swerving pretty heavy, especially considering we're only going 25mph at the…
Thanks!
Holy crap you just ruined my productivity this week... That channel is EPIC.
Actually no, I'm older than 25 now... this was a comment I posted over two years ago. Also... I have a fiance now. So... yeah disregard something I posted two years ago please, it really isn't relevant anymore. A good bit has changed hahaha.
I always knew them as "Butte Pasties" as in Butte, MT.... But Cornish makes sense as the true originator, so, look at me learnin shit during my work day and what not!
Certainly wasn't Stern... that was Rush all the way... Or Beck. But I know Howard Stern's voice quite well and that was certainly not him!
I know exactly where this is! Not far from where a live (couple miles). There's been a TON of test mules for the Renegade (which I'm not at all interested in) and Challenger Hellcat (VERY interested) running around this area. I spot a Hellcat at least twice a week, they tend to run in pairs. Oh, btw, they sound SUPER…
I don't know what it is... I'm a yank through and through (I do have some distant lineage from Kentucky but we don't talk about that) but god damn do I love the whole "cowgirl" look... It doesn't help that I end up in the south at races for work... you see a girl like this at a track, her angry boyfriend is probably…
Uconnect is actually built on top of the QNX system. The latest version (R4) on 2013/2014 vehicles is really fantastic, especially now that they partnered with Garmin for the Nav, it's by far the best navigation system I've ever used (I've used quite a few), the real time traffic updates seem to be spot-on, and as far…
I was about to go all internet rage on you... and then I was like "Wait... shove it down our throats... Oh hahahaha!" Well played, but please forgive those of us that are a bit jaded on the tarnets!
Oh hey, I've been there! Actually... my father purchased a car out of his collection... any guesses?!?!
You mentioned the Tacoma was the only truck you saw with an A/C outlet in the bed, and while for the weekender that's a great feature, understand that most people that need A/C in the bed have a genset since they're running high-demand things like power tools. It should be mentioned that the Ram Mossy Oak (as tacky as…
Currently sitting on my bedside table :)
