That park at PPM is way closer to the Viaduct. This is definitely a view from a rooftop in that immediate area though, which could be either residential or commercial.

Okay, yes, I realize that... it’s what she’s inspired that I take issue with, not Tavi. I’m not knocking Tavi. She’s self-made. She didn’t ask all those parents to goon out for their kid’s future.
