I consider myself fairly technically savvy. Every time I've looked into rooting one of my old phones (say, a Samsung GS3 running 4.4.2 on Verizon), I end up on a forum with half-baked instructions and 14 replies of people saying "didn't work for me, got stuck at X level" and I give up.

I own three HP Pavillion laptops, from one to five years old. They have been trouble free and I love them. I also love my HP printers.
