I filed electronically on June 4, with direct deposit specified but my return is still “processing”.  It’s more complicated as I have business income from partnerships.  I called around July 10 and the person on the other line said it won’t be processed until at least August 1.

Chevron and Arco stations here in Southern California have tap terminals that work with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and tap-able cards. Also, Shell and Exxon/Mobil have apps where you can authorize payment on the app and type a code on the screen of the pump. So no need to swipe at the pump, and no need to pay inside…

The easiest answer I give to anyone who asks this is pop open the lid/screen and replace your boot drive with a large SATA SSD. Then restore from Time Machine. That’s the best upgrade for any modern Intel Mac out there.  If you’re using a PowerPC Mac ... Well ......
