It’s supposed to be ironic. Kind of like how we learn in Harley Quinn that Batman doesn’t actually fuck bats (or so he claims).

Haven’t seen him in anything outside Ted Lasso, but I’ve listened to a few episodes of his podcast, Films to Be Buried With, I like it so far.

This headline is Clickbait. “Fox News” and a local Fox affiliate are substantially two different things in our lexicon. C'mon.

Right? Especially since these people are likely to have an actual passion for the game and work.

Modders get hired by game devs all the time. This is not a unusual situation.

Spoken like someone who has never worked anywhere but the fry cooker at McDonalds.

I really don’t see the issue here. Unless they literally fired devs to employ the new ones.

They’re probably thinking something like “great, additional talented hands so maybe I won’t have to work 60-80 hour weeks on our next project.”

As someone who lives in Northern California, the BIGGEST issue here? Drought. I mean a sort of drought that most of the rest of the country has no clue about. I’ve lived here for 23 years and it USED to be like this: rainy season lasted from October- April.  Dry season was from then till October again. But for the

Yes, maybe you should ask yourself, “why does including an easy mode make me so angry? why did I just post 9 times in a row on this person’s thread because they suggested an easier way to play the game be included? Why am I so bent out of shape over this thing that would in no way affect me or my enjoyment of the

Agreed. Besides being older than I was when I played Dark Souls and their other games, I’ve also had my hand crushed and have lost dexterity in it as a result. The fact that they refuse to offer accessibility options is really not acceptable. And for all the frothing, Wojack tear stained Gamers who post either “Games

I’m aware.  It’s just a shame, because outside of their punishing difficulty everything about the games is very much my thing.  It would be really great if I could experience the rest of the great stuff that’s there: the lore, the game world, the atmosphere, the sense of exploration.  But it’s all locked behind a gate

LMAO. I KNEW this post was going to draw out all the “maybe the game isn’t for you” mutants. Thanks for not disappointing. Better go have a tantrum over over a black female in a game now.

If it’s single-player, I see no reason it shouldn’t be accessible to anyone that wants to play it.  Whose experience is diminished if I play on a setting that takes less damage or widens the window for parrying?

Looks cool and I’d like to play it, but it has to respect my time this time around. I played all the Dark Souls games and Bloodborne, but I don’t have the desire anymore to “git gud” at a single fucking player game. If they don’t make this game accessible to everyone, I’m not interested.

“Look at the new Saints Row in action!”

Its a touch too “Gatorade” and not enough “emerald”...but its really close.

I kind of feel sorry for Ford right now. You can tell that they truly, honestly have some great product coming down the pipe that they were proud to get into customer’s hands. Yet they can’t seem to get out of their own way, whether it’s cancelling all of their cars to replace with CUVs, or flubbed product launches

Beautiful. Tilt-shift aside, reminds me a bit of Disco Elysium and Kentucky Route Zero.

Yeah, I didn’t necessarily mean that the specific bots should carry the same strengths/weaknesses from match to match - if you only have three dozen different names, it would be way to easy to go ‘oh, that’s 343Hundy, he sucks, I can kill him with impunity’ after just a handful of matches. Just that mixing and
