It didn't even need such a deus ex machina. The pieces were in place for the same thing to happen in a less contrived way.

i really dug Real Steel and went in thinking it would be silly. Now, it was silly but the right kind of silly. I felt for the most part it was as serious as it needed to be when it needed to be and it did what it set out to do. I did feel it may have been more intense in some spots than it needed to be given the…
That is weird. I only hit the button once! Shatner starred on Boston Legal alongside James Spader. Just a pipe dream, I know, but in my head it's a pretty hilarious crossover.
I always thought a Fringe/Boston Legal cross over would be hilarious. They both are in Boston. They both have off-beat characters. Too bad it would never happen - but the premise is so easy - Walter gets sued and Boston Legal has to defend him!

It might take more than a moment.
I really loved this episode, honestly. Maybe its because I'm a dad? I don't know, but I wouldn't have bought in to the father/son stuff if I wasn't, I know that. (I'm not saying you HAVE to be a Dad to "get" it, just saying it's giving me another connection) The bit where Walter screams he has to save Peter was…
That's exactly the canon answer, actually. I believe the mirror in question is a reflective piece of the rocket that brought him to earth.
Phineas and Ferb is an awesome, awesome show. Anyone nay-saying needs to sit down and watch a few. It's smart, funny, and (strangely hard to find) nice.
I really dug this episode. The only complaint was the Tesselator was set up pretty obviously. As soon as it arrived in this episode, I had it figured. But didn't mind.
I guess I didn't notice that - obviously I noticed the final shots, but not the elevator.
Oh man, you'd be surprised.
Well, she's not in it very much - but it's still a pretty fun show.
