This is absolutely one of my pet peeves. I mean you ain’t going no where so why are you popping up out of your seat like a jack and box?

I always felt that fleet sales to large rental companies was a sure fire way to destroy a car brand. My hate for American cars can mostly be blamed on sh*tty rental car experiences when I was a frequent business traveler.
Those pictures explain why cab drivers here in Chicago are so bad...
I can understand not being able to squeeze into a really tight spot, but this is just inexcusable. The thing that bothers me is that I think it points to this person’s inability to drive at all.
This event would never be allowed if it wasn’t the oldest motorsport race on a small relatively unknown island.
All of these are a thing in Chicago. They do it to prevent waiting in line. It is almost culturally acceptable here.
Speed limits on open highways are a joke. I recall a study I saw somewhere saying that the regardless of the posted speed limit on highways, traffic naturally moves at 75-80 mph.
I’ve been using Avis. The cars are simply better imho. For me it isn’t even a matter of SUV vs Sedan. It is a matter of piece of sh*t base model GM generic sedan/suv vs BMW 3 series or X5.
The Chicago slide is when the asshats pull up in the parking lane on the right at a stop light or stop sign and then slow creep into the intersection (practically running the red light) so they can then get the jump on you and immediately cut back over before the lane ends with parked cars 50 feet ahead. All so they…
I own a 2015 GC High Altitude. The shifter itself isn’t flawed other than the fact that there is no safety mechanism to prevent someone from exiting the vehicle while the car is still in gear.
Go look up some of the stats on subprime auto lending. People can’t afford their cars. They are up to their eyeballs in debt.
I swear the most aggressive asshat drivers I see in Chicago drive either Chargers, Altimas, and Impalas.
What are the odds this is actually “street advertising” for Ford Raptors....
I would ride down to about 30 degrees here in Chicago provided there was no ice on the road. Heated grips and heated seat work wonders. Layers seem to work best for me. I’d put on a pair of long johns, my jeans, and then some bike over pants. For the jacket, have a really warm Alpinestars with a liner. Good…
I work in mortgage finance. This has been known for a long time. I’m always having to explain to people the FICO scores we get as a lender are not the same that the get on their own. However, the lender consumer scores are usually directionally correct.
Excited about these. I suspect they will catch on. I race electric 1/8th scale off road cars and an early pioneer. The same criticisms/complaints I see in the comments section are the ones I heard when we started converting nitro powered cars to electric.
Videos like this demonstrate the problem with electric cars. While they may be quicker and have more torque, they just lack that visceral feeling you get from hearing and seeing a mechanical engine growling and blowing flames.
Here is an idea. How about car companies stop trying to be software companies? The one thing that frustrates me about new cars these days is that they all have these built in navigation/entertainment systems that cannot be easily replaced The software is usually slow and outdated. To make matters worse, the…

I’d argue Stephen is your typical talking head black Democrat politician.
