So what exactly has the Democrat party done for black folks?

Many GC Jeep owners cross shopped against BMW, MB, and Land Rover. I did and felt the Jeep had better value for the money. The premium for the badges on the other brands was about $10-$20k when optioned out apples to apples with the Jeep GC (v8 and all the tech bells and whistles and luxury appointments) and I

Saw this coming from a mile away.

I got stuck on LSD because of Obama’s motorcade in Chicago. Made me almost a good hour late to my appointment.

People drive like this in Chicago everyday. I see this type of asshattery daily.

It is amazing to me that cities don’t promote riding motorcycles and scooters more by offering free street parking or requiring paid parking lots accommodate bikes for free.

Whatever happened to just buying shit you can afford?

They won’t sell worth anything in the US, as it doesn’t have enough chrome or beyond stupid HP. In other words, it is far too practical for the average Luddite American motorcyclist.

I would disagree. Yes, NYC is vibrant but you can get all of those things in many other cities at a fraction of the cost of living. My wife and I usually spend two weeks a year on vacation in NYC. Much easier and cheaper than trying to live there.

Cars are expensive. On the flip side, even cheaper cars are way nicer than cars of the past so it really isn’t an apples to apples comparison. One could argue all the trickle down nannies like airbags, ABS, and other features that at one point where only on luxury cars is a benefit.

Surprised this is the first fatality. I’m in Chicago and to be honest, a lot of the Divvy riders are a danger to themselves. They simply don’t have the bike skills and awareness to be riding in urban traffic around Chicago. I ride a motorcycle and Chicago driver’s are very aggressive. The worst I’ve seen in any city.

While I get the biker’s frustration, if this sets him off he should probably just get on a bus. Something like this must happen to me three or four times on my daily commute.

I’ve had a 2015 GC about a year now. I actually like the car. Maybe twice I’ve missed park and put the car in reverse or neutral. The issue is if you move the gear lever too fast and don’t quite press the button all the way down, you stop just short of Park. I’ve learned to just double press it to make sure.

I have a 2015 JGC and can see how this occurred. The shifter is easy to use but if you are not paying attention, you can most certainly put the car in reverse or neutral and not realize it.

This is just the wussification of the American male. Sorry, but any guy that doesn’t know how to change a flat just needs to hand in their guy card. I’m in no way a grease monkey, but I grew up in an era when every kid knew how to change a flat on a bicycle and our father’s showed us how to fix flat on a car.

Electric motors are far more reliable than an ICE. Practically no maintenance required. If there is any issue, it is most likely going to be software related. The people that purchase Teslas are not the types to want to do an oil change on their own.

Yes indeed. I’ve driven in most major cities and I’ve never seen driver’s as aggressive and impatient as Chicago drivers.

I commute on bike when I can here in Chicago.

I’m a commuter. Nailed it.

I feel like manufacturers don’t offer enough of the goodies on the smaller bikes. My next bike must have real cruise control, up & down QS, heated grips, and would like semi-auto suspension. However, I don’t need 180 hp or whatever.
