It’s the speed differential that is the issue. You going 10-15 MPH faster than someone else would create more issues. Safety comes when everyone is moving at the same speed. Then everyone is moving at zero miles relative to each other and reacting to that is easier.

nope...even more simple than that...move people down to tarmac level using escalators/elevators. Transfer them to terminal with conventional buses. Elevate them to the airplane level using escalators/elevators.
