Can you imagine him doing Star trek in this style?

Watched Ghost in the shell. 5 minutes in I thought it was going of the rails when the lead scientist ordered a robot to be sedated, but after that hick up I really enjoyed the rest of it.
Also started a rewatch of the The legend of Kora It surprised me how sad it made me knowing what was down the line for this happy

It's telling that it was Gary figuring out what was going on with David. Kerry is a similar type of mutant, just not evil parasitic.
I like how this show deals with it's mysteries. It leaves them dangeling just long enough to stay intriguing. It answers some little ones like Gary and Kerry quickly and now halfway

I can appreciate good sound design on any show, but rarely do I find it as essential as with Legion It really should be watched with 5.1 surround sound on. You get the feeling you're their inside Davids head getting bombarded with voices and noise. It makes the horror of it complete.

I'm not a scientology expert (don't know much at all) but the whole processing thing and doing the works and those handles they used to go in to Davids memory was a bit Scientologiesk.
From mental health hospital to cult, great improvement in your situation, David.

Did anyone got what was said by the announcer during the "museum" display scene. Something about a time traveller returning?

Can we have polite fight back? The visuals are amazing and a proper analysis of it would be great.

Did see Rogue One again today at an IMAX cinema. It had a five+ minute trailer for Dunkirk at the start that was amazing. It was more like a short film then an actual trailer. We follow two soldiers carrying a wounded soldier while they try to make their way through a crowd of soldiers. Its cut with fighter pilot

I was wondering if the structure of the film is like a palindrome as well (like HannaH) and if the A & N are hidden somewhere in the movie. The movie opens and ends with that big window frame in the Shape of an H. At the time I didn't know the daughters name so the only thing I knew for (almost) sure was, that it

I guess it's a love it or hate it thing. Can't say I have seen anything like it as a TV series.

Anyone seen the new Netflix series the OA? I'm really liking it. I've seen 3 episodes and if it wasn't for going out of the house to see Rogue one I probably would have watched all episodes by now.

That shadow of vader when Krennic comes by for a visit, I want that as a poster. (I have the original episode 1 poster and it almost felt like saying that's how you do it)

There is a line in ANH about the senate finally being disbanded and they give a reason why, in this movie and it made perfect sense.

The rebellion is using a Hammerhead cruiser.

I don't know if it's spoilery but there is a scene (Granted it might be more intense for a parent then a kid) when a small child is caught in the middle of a firefight and screams her head of. It's a small beat but for me the most disturbing part.

There is actually a KOTOR reference in Rogue One.

Wow a Hammerhead cruiser. (If you thought the Millennium Falcon is old.)
Are they slowly putting the old republic stuff into canon? That would be a better idea than a Boba Fett movie.

Today is the first day of the trial of my dad's killer. Nietzsche?

unless you make your power plant the bomb.

The Dark Army/ Price have control of a nuclear power plant and now they want control over Congo. Presumably for the uranium mines. What is there plan. Ownership of a NPP by the Chinese is a big No, but why. The Chinese have there own. Are they planning to build an untraceable nuclear device and for what. My guess a/
