My strategy for long haul flights involves a little Tylenol PM and a few fast ones at the airport bar. By the time we’re at cruising altitude, I’m out. If they want to seal me into a nap-coffin in the back of the plane in exchange for knocking a few bucks off my ticket, I wouldn’t complain.
