Sadly, with most jobs being posted online, you're in a sea of other candidates and likely you will either 1. never hear a response, or 2. get a response that's computer generated—there's no great way to apply for jobs…
Eat right, workout, and control your portions and you'll lose that unwanted fat. I've been hitting the gym for over a month now; cardio and weight training and have lost 18+ lbs (8.1kg) and now gaining the muscle weight where necessary. It's about portion control.

I weigh 200 lbs and tend to drink 128 oz (4000ml) a day. When I work out, I'll add another 64oz (or 2000ml). When working at my desk, I leave a 32 oz Nalgene next to me and drink from it often.
