You can basically send an email and it will tell you if it was opened, not specifically who opened it; kind of like "return receipt". I do it for some emails so I know the person read it and can't say they didn't, mainly for business transactions.
A flat rate would be more impressive, but shelling out $60 a year is absurd being that Thunderbird does it for free.

It's not bad, but the one thing that isn't great, it's not fast by any means. I beach ball upon entering information for uploaded movies and that my friend, isn't something that ever happened with iTunes 10. Other than that it's pretty neat.
I like this one, and it's battery-free.
