The Republicans have done so for decades while Dems played “good cop.”

It would require, first of all, a spine. Which the Dems lack. So don’t count on it. 

More registered Dems voted for Trump then voted 3rd party.

1. It’s ok to not like MMA. But to claim they have “no talent” is just dumb. McGregor lasted 10 rounds with Mayweather in boxing. Mayweather wouldn’t last 10 minutes with a mediocre MMA fighter.

Honestly, one of Trump’s only strengths is his ability to feel and work the crowd. This wasn’t a “tactical” blunder, insofar as one has to, you know, have tactics to blunder. This was just Trump feeling the vibe of the crowd and rolling with it.

Yes, all the college wrestling champions and Olympic medalists in MMA are trailer trash badasses.....

WTF? He’s not even looking at Kobe at any time before, during or after the ball fake. 

He’s simply pointing out that Nike is not supporting Kap or his ideals because they believe in them. They’re supporting them because it helps them make money.

Not to mention Case Keenum. I know what the stats say, but I also know that it’s not all that uncommon for athletes to have “career years.” Aberrations are aberrations, whether they last for 3 games or 16. 

Clay Travis looks like the IT guy at work you never talk to but pass by all the time. And, who, out of the blue, walks up to you at the company Christmas Party and offers you coke, calls you a “pussy” when you demur, then tells you about his “hot” 19-year-old cousin he’s trying to get a job in the company for.

Right. Saying it’s a “soft” science is the nicer way of putting it. But I just don’t think any of the “soft” sciences are “real” science. That doesn’t mean they’re worthless or even “lesser”—just that they aren’t science.

There is some truth to this. White people of every stripe voted in favor of Trump.

Yeah, but as Tom alluded to, Spider-Man was kind of the exception. Sure, he catches criminals on occasion, but he’s essentially a pacifist who is trying to stop criminals without causing any harm to them. He’s not, you know, shooting them with web shooters because they’re Black and he’s “afraid” for his life.

Obama ran as a progressive and spoke like one when he was president. His policies were “centrist” because he was a spineless hack.

Trump won because the Dems trotted out the most despised politician of an entire generation.
