I agree! I’m headed to a regional next week and I can’t wait. I’ve been going since 2012 and the community at the regional events is part of what draws me in and makes me feel at home. We have a group of great people that help run our burn.

I have that same set of emerilware pans that I got on a clearance sale for a steal. They are the workhorses of my kitchen. They are easy to clean and frequently go from stovetop to oven . They’re great. I own one heavy nonstick pan that I got at the restaurant supply store but everything else is stainless.
I use chainmail on on my cast iron all the time and it’s as slick and polished as anything I own. A little warm water and the chainmail gets any leftover crust on the pan off even if it’s left for a couple of days and the bottom is black and shiny and still nonstick as ever.

It’s not the walking, it’s keeping the app open that’s a pain. If this lets you hatch an egg and count distance walked without the screen on my phone being on, it’ll be worth a purchase.
