Oh, your realtor knows. What she is banking on is that you don’t know her incentive system or are willing to overlook it to get into a bigger home. She gets a big cut when you sell your existing house and gets another big cut when you buy the new one. They are 100% incented to make people move and aren’t above hard

I originally pulled it with an ‘18 F150 that I lemoned, replaced it with a ‘20 Ram that I lemoned and now I have the Jeep. Sold the camper at the end of may for about $3000 more than I paid for it 3 years ago. Kind of nuts.

She’ll tell you right now that this isn’t a bubble.  You should really get in before it’s too late!

You wouldn’t believe how difficult a concept this was for my real estate agent to understand. We were looking for a house in the fall of 2019 and continued looking early into 2020. But in the summer, real estate went truly bonkers and we pretty much gave up and put it on hold. Our agent called constantly, telling us

So you can get a permit to hassle black people for just $1100 then? Sounds about white.

Put a diesel in it and the Navy’d probably buy a few.

OMG the little one is so adorable.

Oh shit...as a Bass Fisherman, I can see this being a game changer. this looks AMAZING if configured well for fishing

2022 Chevy Equinox, no more 2.0T option and still only 6 gears to work with so not very good for efficiency or performance.

Power wasnt the only thing the rx8 lacked. But the ability to add power. Stuck in the pergatory of being too finicky for the normal crowd, not able to take the twist the other rotary folk want, had it been designed with a turbo in mind or just more torque, this car could have enjoyed a better time in the light

Not only the Fiero, but every other could-have-been sports car that GM handicapped because of the overly sensitive Corvette stans.

I’d change this to “almost anything Subaru”. The base N/A engines in their mainstream cars are totally inadequate vs. the competition. The Forester and Crosstrek are dog-slow. I almost shat myself when I had to merge a Forester loaner onto the freeway from a short ramp. WRX and STi have remained competitive against

Have you driven one? I remember years ago driving my cousin’s BRZ and I had the same opinion until I drove it.

The correct answer is “ALL OF THEM”. Even this thing could use MOR PAHWER!

I know it’s been beaten forever, however the Toyota 86/BRZ:
