My daily-driven Olds is 42 years old and my D21 truck is 27, so I think you’re Fit is fine. Although the seatbelt is starting to fray in the Olds, so maybe you and I just promise to replace the crucial safety bits and check back in with one another in a decade...
Street circuits are meant to be bumpy and awkward. Racetracks aren’t.
Chicago: that looks smooth AF
Wow what a view!
Can confirm. This is the view from our hotel-across every series the cars are bouncing and very unstable in the braking zone. Notice the skips in the tire marks!
Mmmm those 6 lug axles on the CTS-V are tasty
But she was only gloriously brandishing her second amendment rights to those San Francisco liberals. In Missouri, you can do this with full impunity. All they are doing is following the example of those nice ISIS people in the Middle East. Go `Murica!
Yeah, the movie Wanted was throwing that one out.
Murica, summed up in a single photograph. Yeehaw.
$13,500 and the seller doesn’t bother mentioning the furnace? nothx.
Lewin did a great job. Was quick to write it up and easy to edit.
Same, I didn’t understand half of this but I still loved it.
One correction. For the model 3 picture caption, the 12V AGM batteries don’t fail because they aren’t used to start an engine. They used to fail because they were charged and discharged multiple times per day because of the huge vampire draw while the car is parked. That has been improved in the Model 3 and Y, so now…
New teardrop campers often clock in over 2,000 lbs loaded and cost upwards of $20,000. $13k is a little pricey, but I am in the market for a tiny, lightweight camping trailer I can tow with a 4-cylinder car. NP.
There is debate in the U-Haul trailer community about whether the molds to a Boler (Scamp) were used or adapted. Most say no, but the trailers do look quite similar. I’ve reached out to U-Haul in the past and its representative wasn’t able to find anything on these campers other than old video advertisements.
I want to tow this behind a Toyota UHaul box truck that I also want to own for weirdo, jalop reasons.
My wife and I are in the market for a fiberglass trailer right now and these UHaul’s are great. The price seems to be rising by the day and you need to be ready to jump on something as soon as it pops up. $13.5K is a bit steep but not super crazy in this market.
Keep the weird trailers coming, please and thank you.
These little things are so cool! Not only have the value of these jumped, the Scamps are also out of control!
