Exactly. Getting this thing manufactured was impressive machining and design work. But a V8 OHV engine that takes up the same room and weighs the same has 30% or more displacement and produces a lot more power and torque.

You can have tail lights go up with the hatch (the Audi Q5 and Q7 are perfect examples of that). You just then need another pair of lights visible.

I thought it was funky looking when it first came out but never ugly. As time goes on, it has bloomed like a swan. We’ve learned what not to do with the Nissan Juke. But people still liked it eh?

...why try to replace them with a single car that won’t do everything as well? Mercedes is right there for sure.

ehhh, if a Camry caught on fire and took out the garage and another car, then huge red flag. But a Viper trying to do it seems par for the course.

They can occasionally do good wheels.. I’m a bit biased but I think the 1LE wheels are pretty damn nice. And no porosity!

I’ve been privy to similar information too.

It’s unclear if the “porosity,” as GM describes it, impacts the wheels’ structural integrity.
