I am sorry that you feel terrorized by a vehicle.  I read the article and I’m not convinced everything need to be electric.  How many electric cars do you have?

Level of service? Make me wait because I scheduled an 8AM Appointment and they didn’t get to my car until 8:45? Because that’s the level of service I get with my non-tesla. It’s not good.
