My goodness. Do not go to her instagram... you will never leave.

This person deserves an applause and standing ovation. Perhaps for the young men and women in the audience, a:mic drop: is in order.
I second this. I have two daughters, 9 and 8, who love Castle Panic. Our go to games right now are:
GRW for sure. The game is lonely by yourself but with friends I actually enjoy it. I will also be playing R6:Siege, For Honor, and maybe even boot up some 1.6 Division. Holy shit..... Ubisoft is slowly killing us all. I just realized what happened as I typed this.... they are doing it and doing it with mediocre games.
I am actually very excited for the switch - for my kids. My kids grew up with the WiiU and Xbox. Being they were so young they were not able to fully get into Xbox until last year. Nintendo has always been a great system for introducing kids into gaming and I really hope the Switch is able to go back to those roots.
Man you’re rich.
Kirk,
I truly believe thinking VR is a fad is the mainstream. Being optimistic about VR is the contrarian these days and you see it through the mainstream publications. It has not caught on to become a populist media yet but I really believe it will. I was not a believer in VR - being a child of the 90's vr generation - but…
My hero. We share the same soul. I look forward to the days of being able to once again sink time into an MMO. It wasn’t long ago (15-20 yrs?) when I was dedicating my days to Ultima Online and didn’t have a care in the world about sitting around all day. Life is so circular in that way.
I am more of a sap then most... but if I were in your shoes (and I have been thinking about being in your shoes for some time now) I would take all those scores and build a sort of moratorium plaque that you would always have. I know it might be too corny or too much but a wise person once told me “Take the picture I…
LOL! That literally made me laugh out loud in my vapid office where I am the youngest person by 30+years..... In other words, I am getting the mean old lady stare “You simmer down youngin’”
Nailed it sir
This is really disappointing! I imagined it being an open world/social experiment as well and really looked forward to it.
Personally I think this game will be awesome. If they are able to build on it and sailing becomes a part of the greater experience, I could see this game becoming a big hit. It will be like Rocket League - with enough port and polish it will be a fun time and have lasting appeal. As long as they don’t take themselves…
This was my first thought too! LOL
This is when trump embraces Pokemon, and the world ignores all his bullshit, racism, sexism, stupidity, arrogance,..... wait nvm.
That is fantastic. You win today.
I’m with you. I know it is easy to see all the cons now, but I really think this will play out for the better for all involved; Microsoft, the gamers, and the non-gamers who will be swayed into gaming because the consoles will start being more fluid and more accessible with new features.
If you think about the structure of entertainment in a home I think you realize that consoles will still have a place. They are just attempting to blur the lines and IMHO, for economies of scale, which = more profit. A PC would not “fit” in with the living room/media room utility. A console that has PC features,…
I’m all for capitalism but Kotaku should have a text alert for things like this before it hits the press .... :(
