Keith Szarabajka (Holtz) was definitely the best fake British accent across the two shows. Alexis Denisof's was great too but it did slip occasionally.

I assumed that the society was somewhat authoritarian and that's why the security guard had that power - he was employed by the state. There were similarly dressed guards manning the neighbourhood where the wedding was being held.
