The recent streaming wars salvos have convinced me of the importance of my BluRay library. I recently started buying titles again for the first time in a long time. Also, I have a decent audio set up and the tech geeks are right, blu rays SOUND so much better, and I have a tin ear.

I also really like Rian Johnson, and I think he could do some really interesting things in the Star Wars universe, even though I still loathe The Last Jedi.

I was 12 years old on a hot summer day in Podunk Backwoods Holler when my friend and I got on our bikes to ride up to the local country store/gas station/hardware store/feed store to get some cokes when a car almost identical to the photo above pulled in to fill up.

The fact that they got Brian Cox to somehow be in that film still floors me.

but but but those tri-spoke wheels are giving me membaberries.

I always thought the omni-directional wheels on this thing were rad.

Holy crap, that’s a fast little bugger.

I look forward to upgrading to a 2 in a few years. In the meantime, the OG deck is pretty great at what it does for what it is. Still feels like I’m living in the future.

I like Hader a lot, but casting Hale seems ideal.

I’ve been a fan of Continental Extreme contact DWS tires for a long time now.

You had me at Terminator Salvation.

I learned in the comments this was made by the team that made the Terminator game and that was all I needed to hear. Terminator was shockingly good with slight jank. This sounds like more of the same.

It’s an old meme, sir, but it checks out...

Hip bone connected to the...Love bone.

SUBLIME!

It’s more likely an optical illusion. If you imagine your perspective to be from below the plane of orbit, it looks like it should.

The robot cross-threaded it. Happens to the best of us.

and always will.

Meanwhile, Bernard, who did nothing wrong, got slapped with a 3K fine by a complicit medical board. WTF, medical board? Spineless worms, the lot of ye.
