I saw a well-preserved, but very slightly scruffy 1971 SL convertible at the grocery today. It looked even better because of all the beige appliancemobiles around it.

That rearview mirror feature is something I wish more driving games did.

You aren’t using demographics right!

That Mandalorian (with the pistol) looks like a still frame from the show. Pretty damn amazing.

Those classic Cherokee’s in very good shape are pulling stupid money on BaT at times. 15K, 21K, but the vast majority of decent examples are more like 8K. This one should be 8K.

Any idea how long this will last?

I’m not afraid of half-a-million miles on a well-maintained car. But the price is still too high.

Me: Parks.

I go. You stay.

Do you want the baby to grow up to be John Travolta?

1941 is such a mess and yet, I rank the slim pickens parts up there with some of the funniest bits I’ve ever seen. I haven’t seen 1941 since I was a kid, so maybe now me would hate it, but young me liked a good chunk of it.

As a guy who drives up a mountain all winter long, I would rather have winter tires on a 2WD car than all seasons on an AWD car.

Below an Earl, you say?

If Dolores Umbridge there thinks she’s 5 clicks above trailer trash, that makes me,oh, maybe 1 click above.

The words “cute-UTE” have been bandied about for at least a decade or more. Let’s apply that to the non-jeep/bronco/FJ vehicles. Plus it has the effect of being derogatory.

I very much like the V8 Vantage. You can find a better example, with proper OEM wheels, and less miles for less money. So, why?

23 and me can open a big can o’ worms. Don’t ask me how, it’s too long of a story and not that intersting, but I my new sister and I get along really well.

But, to clarify, this virus is def going to kill people. The biggest risk factor so far appears to be age. >80 years old may have a 14% chance of dying. 70's - 8%, 60's - 3.5%, 50's - 1.3%, 40's or less - 0.3%
