One was verified as accurate. One has had multiple allegations already disputed with facts. There is a distinct difference here.

Ignition interlock breathalyzers exist. If these people win the lawsuit, that precedent will allow any drunk driver to sue their auto manufacturer for not installing a breathalyzer.

They still have no grounds for a case. A tragedy occurred, and the man is being charged accordingly. There are so many things that this guy could’ve been distracted by that could’ve ended up with the same result. This is a bullshit case and should be thrown out.

Jack Daniels needs to install technology in all its bottles to keep people from opening them and drinking while driving.

I’ve lived in various parts around the country including diverse areas like Washington Heights and areas 90%+ white, maybe less with Latinos now. So many groups never interact with, let alone know, each other. So many white people don’t know black people and the struggles they go through. So many coasters don’t know…

HamNo is not usually the most self-aware writer around here, but this one is breathtaking in its lack of perspective.

And if Hillary had won the electoral college and Trump had won the popular vote, you’d say “working as designed”. The elctoral college isn’t without its faults, but don’t pretend like you’re not butthurt because your person didn’t win out. She needed to do better than Trump. She failed. Pick better next time.

A huge problem that we have to overcome is that fact that that liberals, especially in the east coast, don’t know better and cant assume that other Americans will make the “right choice” when it comes to certain issues.

Obama, unfortunately, never saw a pile of corporate money he didn’t like. Done with him. Lets give some actual progressives a chance.
