Started playing soccer when I was 5, watched Wynalda score on a free kick against Switzerland in the Silverdome in '94. I'm completely aware of every aspect of soccer. It's not a nickname, it's an abbreviation. We all know this is the men's World Cup, it's redundant to type USMNT and takes two more keystrokes.

I think the remainder of the World Cup would be cancelled because every stadium would be ablaze.
