I wasn’t planning on playing Origins, but I got really turned off when I saw all the stats on the items. I get that people want customization in their games and I’m not against it, but I just feel overwhelmed with options these days.

The cost of producing games has actually gone down in the past years. They do not need to make it up in other ways – they really just want to squeeze more money out of games.

Sigh. I hoped EA/DICE listened to feedback and reworked the loot crate system entirely. It’s worth mentioning, that they did listen to feedback and got rid of the season pass... and while I wouldn’t care about loot crates making up for the money lost from the season passes, I feel like creating an advantage for people…
