It has a Porsche V8 and was designed by Michael Vernon Robinson. The build quality is probably pretty good when you actually look at who worked on it.

We already have autonomous racing, you can experience it for yourself by playing video games and pitting AI versus AI. It gets boring really quick.
I wish Toyota would have called this the LC Prado in North America so we stop confusing this with the larger 300-series LC. Every US car blog is like, “OMG The Land Cruiser got smaller!” and thinks the lack of a V8 is a big change, but the ‘round the world the Prado only got equipped with a V8 when it was sold as a…
The powertrain will be fine. People that want bigger displacement will always be able to get Lexus variants, and markets where this will be sold as the Prado will get other engine options anyway.
I hope you find better employment elsewhere. I have a 4Runner Limited, which is based on the Prado, and you’d have to pay me to drive something else. I’m sure EVs are smoother, but it still rides really well for a truck chassis, and if Toyota offered a hybrid version in the future I’d be looking to trade in.
Toyota is turning the Land Cruiser into a platform through which it can produce a wide range of trims and body styles that share a ton of parts. It used to be more expensive because it was more bespoke and luxurious, but now the LC platform can be adapted to various use cases.
Okay I hate this. This technology is a ridiculous way to solve the problem of humans not having night vision. Reminder that’s all we use headlights for; to stop us from being blind in the dark.
Wawa’s less than flavorful pizza is unlikely to impress
Huy Fong’s is just one recipe of sriracha sauce, it was a popular condiment in Vietnam long before Huy Fong introduced theirs to U.S. They only gained popularity due to the boom in office work and downtown restaurants, and when COVID hit they lost the a big portion of their restaurant customers, causing them to…
I don’t understand how so many car manufacturers these days are so bad at building cars. I’m scared of buying anything other than a Toyota.
I mean if I owned a Ferrari F40 there’s two things that I’m going to do, 1) Never drive it, and 2) Protect my investment.
Why were these so expensive in the first place?
A plowed track that doesn’t require studs or chains doesn’t really seem like a good representation of the conditions you might encounter in winter.
The rent is too damn high. If everyone could afford a private shag shack of their own, they probably wouldn’t be doing it in public. That goes for the subway gooners, too.
I feel like automakers are using rental car companies to beta test new features. They’ve got a captive customer in these rental car companies, as they’re forced to regularly upgrade their fleets, and if the customer dislikes the car who is going to care? They’ll just rent a different car next time. At the same time,…

Authentic French baguettes are shaped by a machine and baked in large steam ovens. Don’t be shocked that your homemade baguettes turn out differently.
The relative danger of doing this all depends on where you’re getting the chicken and eggs. If this guy lives on or near a farm then there’s a good chance he can avoid any issues by simply eating the meats fresh on the same day of the slaughter. For eggs, you can generally consume them raw and at room temperature as…
Most of the “fat” on those trucks is for crumple zones. Modern engines look absolutely tiny inside of the engine bays, with a lot of empty space just for padding.
