When you spam that emote in order to make a joke at a black person on stream and its being paired with, and surrounded by other racist comments and hate speech, it violates the TOS.

Removing black guy emotes would not be racist. I'm not saying they can't have any emotes of black guys, ever. But the ones now, are currently used almost exclusively as a way to joke at the expense of black people. Those particular emotes should be removed.

The filters were turned on but it's impossible to filter every combination. If someone adds letters, etc. also one of the most base racist jokes on Twitch is spamming the emote of the black guy with the Afro. No idea why they haven't removed that emote. I've only seen it used as a way to to make fun of black people.
