Are you trolling or serious? You seriously dislike Guild Wars 2 because of the fact that it puts people on equal ground instead of making it a time sink for being OP?

It was one of the best ideas, the more you play, the better you get, but you never get an unfair advantage. If you want gear progression, you can either

You should try out Guild Wars 2. After I quit WoW, I tried tons of other games and never really found one that hit me as hard as that game did. GW2 doesn't quite scratch the raiding itch, but it has AMAZING PvP in my opinion. Great balance, much better than WoW's was, and some pretty cool stuff. The main PvP is almost

The deal included the game, which includes a free month ($20) and the 60 day subscription card ($30) for a total of 3 months of game time.

You would basically be getting a free month, if you didn't have the game already.

And yeah, the link isn't working for me either, probably a dead deal.

Too bad the PS3 version of Payday 2 is complete shit. I loved the first game on PC, but hadn't gotten a chance to pick up 2 yet, and saw that it was one of the PS+ free 1hr trial games. I figured I'd mess around with it for a little bit, but the framerate would literally drop down to <15 frames quite often, and it

Cheetos are meh, decent, but Mtn Dew is pretty good, it's very addictive though. The best thing ever though is the yearly Mtn Dew Game Fuel, it's Mtn Dew mixed with cherry, more citrus, and extra caffeine. It sounds terrible, but it's seriously the most delicious non-alcoholic beverage to ever bless my lips. Sadly

It'd probably suck on Cheetos, but holy tits, yeah. Game Fuel is the best soda to ever soda.

Every year there's a glimpse of beauty when I see it appear in stores, and then they take it away again just to spite me.

He's not getting a tax refund from buying an X1. He's getting a tax return from filling out his W2s that he overpaid on last year, and using that to purchase his X1. That's what I'm doing, I've got 1800 coming back from the government, and 560 of that is going to be an X1 and Titanfall.

Also, PC gaming does kick ass

It depends on what you're using it for. For most uses, 770 would be better, you only need more than 2GB of VRAM if you're pushing higher than normal resolutions. If you're like the vast majority of people playing at 1920x1080, then go for the 770. If you're playing with triple monitors you'd probably be better off

I'd be careful with those Transcend externals. I had the 1TB version of that and it failed on me, and when I got it replaced, the second one did the same thing. The drive itself didn't fail, the connection would and the drive would stop receiving power and turn on and off rapidly.

I doubt it will be a straight port. Their most recent PC port, Max Payne 3, was fricking amazing. Uncompressed textures/video/audio, a slew of DX11 features, great KB/M controls, I doubt they're skip on that for GTAV

Yeah, the issue wasn't the hardcore-ness of the game, it was the awful combat/animations/UI/gameplay/everything.

I tried so hard to like that game because of the ideas behind it, but in the end it was just a steaming pile of shit.

The OP's question is valid, why does their customer service response suck so bad. Yours is kindof an issue with software itself. You're buying a license, not a physical product, so returns aren't really a thing. Almost no one allows them, although I have to give Origin props for starting to do that. But even theirs is

Except that cable companies have monopolies, so no, we can't just go switch ISPs willy nilly. If I want high-speed internet here, I get Comcast. It's either that, or I get shit like DSL or Satellite internet. Comcast is the only reasonably fast option here.

That kind of thinking is why UMD's beat out BluRays, right? Because the screen being closer is always a good thing.

If they have to keep it in my face to make it worth using and stop it from dying, then it probably isn't a good enough idea to exist on it's own.

Steam is a DRM program. But it provides me enough value that I use it a lot, even when I'm not playing games. If Metro provided me with more value, it might be worth going to.

Keep all the new shit, but also make it entirely possible to ignore it if we want. I don't get why we can't have both the Start Menu and the Start Screen available, and you can just pick which one you want to use at the time.

I wish they would add an option to use Aero-style graphics again, though. I don't hate

My list of "Games I Started" is just too disgusting to even think about, but games I finished in 2013:

I know what you mean. CS:GO is the closest so far, and that's because so many people bitched about the "floatiness", so they've been working on it. It still doesn't feel super good, but the feeling of 1sking people with the Deagle or AK is still really good, and the AWP feels phenomenal. The original M4A4 felt like

Yeah definitely, Unreal was another series to make it feel great when people got taken out. Gears of War also does it really well with the Gnasher, Longshot, and the explosives. But then it completely loses that feeling with the rifles, where you just kinda shoot at them until they kneel down. -_-

Since you brought up the visceral feedback of FEAR, I thought I'd just reminisce about one of the greatest things that series ever did. FEAR 2 felt very little like FEAR 1, and was generally not as good IMO, but HOLY FUCK, the first time I got into one of the mechs in that game I about died with awesome when people
