Its the 98s and up that are the problem. In 98 Ford changed the rear suspension fron a traditional solid axle/ trailing arm setup to a watts linkage. As a result the towing capabilities went down from about 3500 to 1500. 

I mean, I’ll discount the tow rating a little for the … modifications … to the vehicle, they may have added some weight. But still, even 2000 pounds of towing capability should be enough for any motorcycle on a trailer.

There’s more overtaking in the first turn than the entire 2019 F1 season.
