That was 75 years ago, get over it!” they would say

Amen. One of my dream cars for sure. Theres beauty in its weird proportions.

Not the biggest fan of these, but came here to nominate the Z3M clownshoe...shocked I’ve scrolled this far and haven’t seen anyone mention it yet given how much hatred that styling seems to drive. I love those things.

Also - he didn’t just kill someone, realize OMG what just happened, let’s call for help ASAP.

Funny, wonder if its a GM thing. It would be 45 outside (and close to it inside the car), I’ll set the temp to 68 and it will do nothing but blow cold air at me.

I get where you’re coming from and have that V8 cruiser bug as well. Funny enough I was obsessed with SC430s about a year ago as well. Then I moved on to R129s.

Yeah I’m a huge car guy. My friends call me the Alternator.

Seriously. Those numbers are atrocious. I’m assuming there are other engine options coming - likely a hybrid/PHEV maybe? like COMTNDRVR suggested.

Wow some hot insights here comparing an EV1!

Are we sure this isn’t myth that has just taken over the GM hate? Like you, I’m pretty sure many who say this have never sat in a Bolt.

As Axel-Ripper commented, the seats were fixed. I have a 2020 Bolt and for the longest time didn’t understand the hatred. It’s fine. They are still somewhat small - so for broad shouldered people it might still be not very supportive, but I think it’s comparable to the segment.

What curve are you grading EVs on? I promise you that you’ll be able to buy these for a good deal less than $32k, just like most Chevy models. At that rate - these cars compare very well price-wise with the ICE competition, and you’ll have far fewer running costs.

Does anyone actually accomplish this “set it to 68 and don’t touch it again for a year” nirvana that we keep hearing about on these threads?

Agreed this thing looks really good - a nice smart option in the segment without trying to be too cool.

Haters? Who is a hater here? You just keep using words to describe things nobody ever said, just like you claiming that someone said their batteries suck. You seem to have a bit of an inferiority complex.

Yup that MSRP was only dragging themselves down. The reduced price helps, but in reality buyers should know they can strike an even better deal at the dealership.

Exactly. I said this exact same thing in another comment on this article.

Exactly. I leased my fully loaded 2020 Bolt for $230/month, zero down 13 months ago. You can lease one for much less than that today. Even the cheapest Model 3 is much, much more expensive than that. If anyone could’ve gotten me in to a Model 3 for the same money I would’ve happily jumped at the opportunity, I promise

THANK YOU FOR THIS. I cry a little inside everytime someone presents the Model 3 as an alternative to a Bolt. I drive a Bolt. If I could afford a Model 3 (or justify buying one) I would. Trust me, I really, really would. But out the door difference is about $15k - to me that’s not a justifiable price difference, and

I think Supercruise is available only on the EUV and not the regular Bolt? At least that’s what Alex on Autos cited in his video this weekend. WEIRD choice, but hey leave it up to Chevy.
