(I think this GIF might be Jason’s fault, but it’s perfect.)

Probably not. We ran into all sorts of problems there: editing and quality issues, confusion by casual readers and people in the industry, legal threats, posters using it to get press cars, etc. Plus Oppo’s not on my domain anymore. I get no traffic benefit from the shares.

I don’t live anywhere near Jalopnik HQ , but I would yell strange things at my coworkers on a regular basis if I could.

That’s like me looking for 4runner Trd pros. Most dealers are adding a 10k markup when from Toyota it’s around 39-42k. Used ones with 30-60k miles are still over 40k. It’s ridiculous. Wish it was like tesla and I just buy straight from the manufacturer.

“Look I get it, after the robot revolution and zombie apocalypse, the only things left alive will be cockroaches and Toyota Hiluxes,”

May I just say WHAT THE LITERAL FUCK IS GOING ON HERE.

Why did the photographer think that is appropriate attire for working around the exhaust?

I’m now fantasizing about a world where all jacked up body-cladded wagons are also fitted with portal axles.

Because hell fuckin’ yeah, that’s why

You mean 2019... at this rate, this may be one of the least reliable cars released in the past 20 years..

Two obvious takes

Now playing

Man, what a time it was for me growing up as a kid back in the 90s. Between seeing these every now and then living in south Florida, and playing this game, my love for the Diablo was cemented.

The Lamborghini Diablo: You’ll buy it because we no longer make the Countach you really wanted.

Just one question: what could be that makes that cleaning operation necessary? AFAIK the NASCAR race car have open windows only closed by nets, so the air is circulating and there shouldn’t be any condensation on the inner surface of the windshield. As to other kinds of dirt, unless the driver is horribly spitting

It’s been done

Right, I don’t think the premise of the article is misguided, but it is fair to note that the criticism leveled at the Hornet in 1982, which the article quotes (less range but no more accuracy), doesn’t apply anymore.

The S-3 can also carry the F-18 engine internally and safely land on the carrier recovery system. I’m not positive if the F-35 engine will fit in there or not.

This barely clears the “it’s better than nothing” hurdle. Let’s hope & pray that halo doesn’t somehow contribute to another “rare occurrence” tragedy solely because F1 feels the need to do something for the sake of doing something.

This is a revolutionary advancement in technology. Now when I play racing simulators on dual monitors, that line down the middle of the viewing area actually makes the experience more realistic.

Looks like they’ve decided to go with the option nobody liked. Is Bernie coming back too?
