From the entire earthquake and subsequent chain of events (including the meltdown). Remember this was the 4th largest earthquake ever measured (9.1 on the Richter scale). The 3rd largest ever (the 2004 Sumatra-Andaman Islands Earthquake) was also a 9.1 and that resulted in 227K dead (and with no meltdown).
