I think people(at least I do) take issue with the motivation behind why a Black man dates interracially. And usually the case with athletes and entertainers, it’s often EXCLUSIVELY. Just look at Kodak Black.

The issue isn’t that he’s with a white woman, which keeps being highlighted like that’s why sisters are mad while the fact that he has said some ridiculous shit keeps being glossed over for some reason.

I think that it’s something that should be judged on a case by case basis. Because there are people who date or marry outside their race for really shitty and often racist reasons. But there are others who just happened to find the person that they find their ideal partner who just happened to be not the same race as…

This is just me, but I tend to be more cautious around celebrities who push their spouses and kids into the spotlight. In fact, I tend to be more cautious around celebrities who only date/marry other celebrities (i.e. other people who are constantly in the spotlight) in general.
