My guess is cellular frequences can interfere with the systems the planes use slightly, in addition to being annoying for the other people on the plane. I also don't know if you've ever actually tried checking your cell signal on a plane, but you don't exactly get a very good signal at 30,000 feet in the air.

Same, I love that guy. His enthusiasm for the game reminds me of being a kid. Between Ortiz being Ortiz and the Cards being insufferable killjoys I had a pretty easy time deciding which team to root for in a World Series with no teams that I usually follow. Go Sox!

Unlike the regular FOX telecast, at least FOX Deportes showed the fucking play as it happened. Less close-ups on distraught fans in an attempt to capture the human element of sports and more...well, sports.

You may get it, but their fans don't. They still think their team plays righter despite being the exact same as every other team.
