OMG that’s pretty! I’ve never seen a 996 here with this colour, and certainly not in the classifieds. And the wheels work with that colour even if I don’t like them. Black interior with this colour seems like a good match, although I long for something brighter.

Of course it’s worth that! If you haven’t noticed, 996 prices are on the rise. This is actually on the lower end of the price scale for a well sorted 996 with the IMS fix. I picked up my 996 in February. I bought the car sight-unseen (other than photos on the internet) and it’s an absolutely stunning vehicle. IMS

What? You lost me on this. I mean, really, this finishes Jalopnik for me. Jalopnik will no longer receive my clicks. I come here to read about cars, not who’s playing in the subway terminals in New York.

No one can write a review like this anymore because no one makes cars like this anymore.

There are good and bad drivers everywhere. All I meant to say was virtually everyone in New York and New Jersey drives faster than the sposted peed limit whenever they're not caught in a traffic jam, while most people I encountered in NoCal last September didn't do that. What drives me really nuts in California

hmm 35 years from now I'll face the hard decision between a much faster 2049 Camry or my burning desire for a 2014 Camry. Decisions Decisions Decisions

I watched the video in a small browser window first and thought "What the hell is Gary Busey doing on that hood?"

I thought Porsche still made the Panamera.......

When we used the word 'slope' in the recent Top Gear Burma Special it was a light-hearted word play joke referencing both the build quality of the bridge and the local Asian man who was crossing it. We were not aware at the time, and it has subsequently been brought to our attention, that the word 'slope' is

This is not a particularly satisfying example of justice; it just looks like someone made a mistake. This is nothing like the crap I see on a near daily basis where people blatantly blow through red lights, ignore right-of-way rules and disregard turn-only lanes.

The ad is stupid because it takes one of the worst things about America - crazy work hours and ridiculously little vacation time - and tries to play it like those are good things.

Regardless of mechanical failure, electronics failure, an oil slick, or an emergency maneuver to avoid a squirrel in the road, if the car's speed was above the limit, that would be the main cause of death, no matter your skill level. The speed limit is there so that if anything does happen, you're at a safe enough

That's a tough one. I am not a fan of the US Spec SM because they stripped the cool looking headlights, painted it brown and it's underpowered. Bitter on the other hand has a nicer interior, looks like a Ferrari and has a better engine. If you put them side by side though the SM will get all the attention because of

I had a woman jump out out of a newer ram 2500 quad cab and start giving me a story while i was in my 914. I responded she should consider a more fuel efficient vehicle.

I get the "you own a what?!' for the 944.

I have an Elise and for 30 grand, no, there is not a better car you can buy in the U.S. Anything comparable is automatically disregarded based on production numbers alone. Not only are they excellent machines, these things seriously turn heads and elicit grins, titty flashes, thumbs up's, and waves every single mile.

I get that the body changes are for maximum aerodynamics/down-force, but ewww, do not like.

-> Take note I drive an E46 M3 and I'm neither a bad parker nor a certified asshole...

First, this article was about as far from science as you can get the second they injected moral views into a study. As soon as you have to identify your metric with quotation marks, such as "did the right thing" you have departed from science.
