Living in Denver now I agree that the Rockies have a better handle on what they have to offer. Rooftop tickets with a $6 food or drink credit included and $6 2 for 1 beers in the Rooftop Bar before the game starts. That gets me to another couple games a year than I normally would. What does frustrate me though is you

Same with my wife, we met in college where I was a pitcher. She disliked baseball and thought it was boring. That was until she started paying attention to me on the mound and then when we’d go to games together and I’d explain what the pitcher is doing and all the strategy involved. Now she likes going to baseball

My wife and I went to Atlanta for a long weekend and went to 2 games. I’m originally from Florida and a life long Braves fan. We ate at the park the first night but decided to go to Publix for subs the second night. Brought in water and subs and had a great meal at the game. Also had some beers on the outside of the

Yep, in sport mode my 550i is happy to cruise along and then get right down to business when I get on the gas. No issues as all with the 8sp in there. I went from a STi to the 550i and while I do miss being able to shift it’s whatever. I have the paddles but it’s still not the same as working the clutch and engine

As a daily motorcycle commuter I have to watch out for this now? I've got texting, no blinkers, no look lane changes, turning in front of me and now people purposely being giant idiots. This girl needs to loose her license for quite a long time, do community service in an ER and take years of defensive driving

I get like 250-260 on my Road King so it’s doable. However, my Aprilia is basically dry at 125 and my old Street Triple got me around 175 which seemed pretty standard.

Sorry, squeaks and rattles are becoming annoying*

I’m in a similar situation myself. 2013 STi, no problems but the squeaks and wattles after becoming annoying and if I’m in it for longer than an hour it hurts my back. I use my car to go skiing so I’m routinely in it for a few hours. My budget is a bit more and I’ve been thinking used 550i, Q50 red 400, C 450 AMG, S5

As a life long baseball player, I’ll tell you this is not ok to most every one with respect for the game. I’m coming up on my 30th season playing baseball and I’ve been a pitcher for a majority of those years. I would welcome the challenge of pitching to a hot Acuna to prove to myself that I could best him. I want to

Get 80/20 and add your left over bacon grease when seasoning. I do a heaping tablespoon per pound of ground beef. Also cook you bacon on a rack in the oven at 325° and save that grease in the fridge to use pater.

That’s like the motorcycle laws in Europe. Staggered licensing that forces you to have experience and pass increasingly difficult tests before you can plunk your money down on a liter bike.

I’m glad I didn’t have stuff like this available to me at that age. I’m 33 and my motorcycle has ungodly amounts of power. It also has traction control which I do not turn off for fear of instantly dying on a public road. I guess if it’s the only opportunity to drive something like that I get going all out but maybe

I agree completely, I have both a Road King Special and an Aprilia Tuono. I love both of them for what they are and they both do their jobs very well. No reason to have just one thing if you can swing it. BTW I’m also 33 and the Road King is a new 2018. I guess I’m a bit of an anomaly but I like what I like.

I agree and by reading his post I feel like he also considered his English teach a hater as well.

Last year when my wife and I flew there was a family of 4 that proceeded right up the the x-ray without prearranging anything. They were completely confused when they were told they had to remove items, fold up their stroller or do anything that most normal people would do while in that line. I get that it might have

Dropped my STi off at the dealer yesterday for some recall work. Saw one of these sitting outside and took a gander at it. The window sticker had it at $51k and then the little one said MSRP $51k, handling $699, Clear Advantage Price $57k. I see who is clearly being advantaged and it certainly wouldn’t be the buyer.

Remember to always always always take a split second and recheck the intersection before you cross even if you have the right of way. I ride nearly every day and have had a few nearly close calls. I say nearly because I ride conservatively and leave myself plenty of room to avoid a situation. While there is an

I did TN to CO in January, cruise was set at 80 and I was still getting passed like I was standing still. And yes, the amount of nothing there is a bit astonishing.

I had a notorious 2007 Mini Cooper S that ate the timing chain set up 4 times in under 60,000 miles. It’s my understanding the tensioner didn’t tension as well as it should which would allow the steel chain to have a bit of slack as is stretched. That slack would allow it to flop around a bit and destroy the aluminum

This is my sentiment exactly. They don’t feel like they deserve to cost what they do. We are going to the Auto Show next month and while I’ll stop and look at the Cadillac display I know I’ll spend more time at Jaguar, Mercedes and Audi looking at cars for the same price that I actually am interested in. Looking
