@sixtwo: Don't worry, Chrysler sucks as much or more than GM. Come on guys, he's right...run more stories about Chrysler suckage!
Kinda lost me after #1.........
@gramercypolice: I think she was an old illegal Muslim. Three for the price of one!
@spyderr0de0: Needs more action......
Hooray for double standards! Last I knew, cops didn't have any superhuman abilities beyond those of us mortals.
@Heel-Toe: Twice as heavy, half as much power and it has an ugly interior?
@GuardDuck: Likewise! That sensor works pretty damned well, seems to be accurate, and worked the first time we deployed it (and has been out there for a year without even a hiccup). Should be getting 3 or 4 more of them shortly.
@GuardDuck: Roads. They do use them for runways,(although I don't know how they're mounted for runway use). You need a certain angle between the sensor and the surface. Our test setup is about 10 feet from the interstate breakdown lane mounted on a 30 foot pole.
Love that movie.
@omgwtfbbq!: No, actually that sounds like a hellavu lot more fun than staring at a computer screen. I'll even volunteer the use of my Volvo turbo wagon!
@ThatSaabGuy: I've actually had the chance to drive down a runway (official business, of course) and it's a hoot. Too bad it was a Chevy 2500 pickup and not something more fun.
They've recently developed passive infrared sensors that do this job very well.
Amazing find! I love watching barn finds being fired up for the first time. Runs pretty well for having sat for 31 years.
That's either a bitchin' side-pipe or he's got a washer and dryer in there!
@LordHop: Oh, I'm sure that's where GM got the idea for the Aveo!
I'm going to have to place my vote for "all of them." GM has never been even remotely serious about the small car market. It's like they have all of the college interns get together the day before the year's production starts and draw out ideas on Taco Bell napkins and then rummage around in the dumpsters for parts…
@Peugeot 504 - the Car for Nigeria: That sounds like a great compromise to me!!!
@Peugeot 504 - the Car for Nigeria: Absolutely right on the money. There's actually somebody with a Mazda 6 wagon at work that I lust over.
@quicksilver8478: I'll admit, that was pretty damned impressive!
