Fortunately, thanks to people like that, the Internets are assured to have an endless supply of cheap, low-brow humor for many years to come. Human stupidity is endlessly entertaining.

Why do carmakers feel the need to take a perfectly good European model and then screw it all up when they import it into the US? For a minute there (seeing the photo of the European wagon) I was excited. Now I'm disappointed to know that the finished product will be some big ugly bloated mongrel with a fugly grill…

Even the folks at Urban Dictionary can't seem to find a standard for the "Dead Hooker Unit" (dHu).

The few times that I pondered taking the train, I found that either Amtrak didn't even go into the state that I wanted to get to, or if it did, the trip was going to take 4 days and cost twice as much as hopping on an airplane.

FAIL.

Hmm, I'm thinking a mid-70's Chevy 4X4 truck, regular cab, no AC, solid front axle, big fuel-sucking V-8, GM WanderMatic steering and loud exhaust.

It's different. Although it would be more useful if it were actually 4WD. Then again, most civilian hummers never leave the pavement either, so I suppose that just adds to the realism.
